OUR STORY
Since 2017, Lifted has been bringing a taste of Melbourne café culture to the heart of Hanoi. What began as a single neighborhood café has grown into two vibrant locations, including our second store in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, opened in 2023.
At Lifted, we serve all-day Australian brunch alongside specialty coffee crafted from carefully selected beans sourced from Vietnam’s southern coffee-growing regions. Our menu features Melbourne-inspired favorites, from hearty breakfast classics and fresh homemade breads to seasonal donuts made daily and signature coffee creations.
Known for generous portions, great value, and a warm welcoming atmosphere, Lifted has become a favorite destination for locals, travelers, families, friends, and first dates alike. Inspired by Melbourne...
Founded in 2017, Lifted is the creation of a husband-and-wife team inspired by Melbourne's café culture. After spending nearly ten years living in Melbourne, I returned to Vietnam with the dream of creating a welcoming neighbourhood café of my own.
Built in Hanoi.
My wife embraced that vision from the very beginning and later trained professionally in baking as we expanded the business. Together, we've built Lifted from the ground up, combining Melbourne-inspired coffee, brunch, and hospitality with a genuine passion for serving our community.
